Nicole! Isn't this awful... I cannot remember. I know it was toward the end of May. I didn't write down the specific date (since I usually photograph everything). But I know I planted them as soon as the soil hit 60 degrees. I had read that (online somewhere) Dahlias can be planted then, so I went out and bought a soil thermometer. I think it was somewhere between May 14th and 26th. Planting them early has a big pay off. I've been cutting away now for bouquets and I hope come fall - they'll be more prolific.
Sarah Brackney is R&S Garden. A gardening fiend. She is no expert, she just gardens. Her gardens are her art.
And yes, she has weeds in her garden; she just chooses not to show them to you.
Thanks for visiting.
Gorgeous!!! When did you plant yours???
